I was just wondering.
I fail to see how you can blame anything on the US sanctions. Sadam has plenty of money for his army. If I chose to spend my entire income on extraneous items and let my kids starve, or fail to get proper medical treatment for them because of arrogance and pride, that would be my fault. Sadam did precisely that, then sends out spin doctors to blame his evil actions on the US? I think you can consider yourself, SPUN. It reminds me of that Mel Brooks movie (Blazing Saddles)where the guy holds a gun to his own head and says "No body move or I'll shoot....", only this situation isn't funny.

Complaints about Albright alone could validate a new Declaration of Independence. I certainly never supported that position, and have stated so online when I first heard about it. Bush has changed that policy, as well. A great president, Mr. Bush.
