Hi Tim, well IBM has gone side ways and so it's not lost longs money while the CIEN short has done very well as the telco unwinding moves forward. and yes the water comes up to fast in Houston, and also it will surround areas and block escape routes. this first storm Allison did an amazing amount of damage for something that was not even a hurricane. It hit Texas very hard, La. the gulf states and then caused flooding in the Carolina's and up in the Philly-NJ area. quite a talented storm. John
