John, if you look at fully diluted (or just plain diluted in the current parlance) shares, you get closer to 6.0 billion in 1996. Also, my number in 2001 is closer to 7.4 billion. There isn't as much dilution because a lot of options no longer will get exercised.

All the technical supports have been broken that will eventually lead us to a test of the lows on QQQ. That also doesn't bode well for CSCO.

Any pops are bound to be met with selling.

I suspect the Fed's cuts aren't over. We could see sub 2.5% Fed Funds by the time the market even senses a bottom.

Looks like we will be in for a Japanese style credit crunch.

The Japanese bubble gave back 5 years from the TOP. For CSCO that's equates to a price of $5/share - the 1995 high price.
