IMPCO Technologies, Inc. Announces Plans to File for Offering Of Common Stock CERRITOS, Calif., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- IMPCO Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMCO) announced today that it plans to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of approximately one-million shares of common stock during the third calendar quarter of 2001. IMPCO indicated that it anticipates using the proceeds from the offering to fund the operations of its subsidiary, Quantum Technologies, Inc. and for general corporate purposes, including working capital. FWIW, this 10k psi tank is just in the concept phase now. I'm sure the end result will be something almost "bullet proof" in order for it to be approved. Jim
