You see Governor Davis as a victim of Bush's policies?

You sound just like Jonah's bloviating Euro's. I bet you can repeat yourself for hours on end. Davis a hero!!!,....he is sweating like Villaraigosa before taking the bar for the third time (and failing). Subjects, uhhhh citizens of California will be "enlightened" when they get their June bills and hear this guy and Lockyer stuttering about "gouging" for the umpteenth time and see the news in the paper about the long-term contracts Davis has signed at prices that are now above spot market. Intellects have a certain knack for falling on their own sword.

However unless Davis has a nervous breakdown he will probably be elected again in 2002. There has not been enough suffering yet.....
