Uhhhm, what are you smoking? The laws are exactly the same as when Clinton was in office. Why did ZERO Democratic Senators vote in favor of ratifiing the Kyoto treaty while Clinton was in office? The is no evidence of logic on your statements, other than hatred of anything Conservative.
