i dont know how a rebound of econ would help dark fibre - that area is clearly overcapacity - the demand on lighted one probably would rebound with economy, so as those geared for metro area. the issue i see is even those would rebound with economy, their stock prices already priced in the recovery, since they have gained 100+% from their april low. orcl is interesting. it has not warned as people expected. may be it would be an ok qtr after all. but very hard for me to imagine they can guide up when everyone said europe is slowing rapidly.
