Hammer: You have a valid point about tarnishing the reputation of the exterminating profession just because Tom DeLay used to hunt for termites before he became a professional political hack. I apologize if I have offended any legitimate bug zappers in Silicon Investorville. Do you agree or disagree with my contention that the quality of Republicans in the Senate ain't what it once was? And, as a companion question, do you lament that the Republican Party no longer has room for "Rockefeller Republicans"?
