Pat,

More evidence about the real nature of the "energy crisis":

Big Oil memos show profit strategy

June 14 — The oil industry has partly blamed recent gasoline spikes on environmental rules that it says restrict refineries, but internal documents show that as long as five years ago some oil companies were looking for ways to cut refinery output to boost profits. “If the U.S. petroleum industry doesn’t reduce its refining capacity, it will never see any substantial increase in refinery margins,” says a 1995 Chevron document obtained by a U.S. senator and released Thursday.

Patricia, I noticed that you completely ducked replying to my posts to you about California being responsible for California's problems, in favor of posting your usual garbage suggesting that the Republican party is dominated by chauvinists.

It has become apparent that you generally lack any substance given that you can't tackle the real issues. If you'd care to reply on the California issue, I'm all ears....

That'a pretty big assumption there, Miss Patricia. Don't forget, we're the party of Elizabeth Dole, Jean Kirkpatrick, and Laura Bush. Smart is sexy. Republican males are for it.

No matter the party, if true, this is a dumb idea. Everybody knows birth control is proactive against a host of inevitable side effects. I'm a federal employee, and once had to convince my insurance company that a vasectomy was cheaper than a pregnancy. I thought it was obvious. As for Viagra, it should be covered as an effective treatment for a medical problem.

>>>>give men health insurance coverage for Viagra and voted to take away a woman's coverage for birth control.( with regard to federal employees).
