China is the only present threat to us on ABM's. Why would they ever attack? Only madness. Europe doesn't want our shield and Russia is in no shape to attack anyone with their aging old missiles. They just want us to buy them from them. N. Korean and Cuba are dirt poor and wouldn't attack us in 1000 years. Saddam Hussein couldn't even hit Israel with his SCUDS. Besides our Aegis anti-missile systems and Patriots are pretty effective. Star Wars has not even been successful tested. In fact all tests have been utter failures and chafs and phony missiles can fool them. You want to wsate hundred of billions just because your "brave leader" says so sign aboard but you'll be the one who's boondoggled.
