Hi Apakhabar!

We are all here :)

Since we decided from the very beginning of the thread to not discuss our service here, our stock picks etc, thread sparkles with activity only when some hot topic surfaces. We probably have been a bit lazy here last weeks... just got with our heads in some developments. Online seminar on June 23, series of classes for CastleOnline customers, book in works... Chris also got interview scheduled at Yahoo Finance TV.

Regarding your observation about Douglas' book... You know what's interesting: in a process of our book writing we decided to do it in a way that make the path of trader's development visible. While it's going to be trading book with our approach/system described, it's also going to go through our trading career, showing how we grew up as traders. So, we are describing our mistakes, our development, realisations etc. Re-living early stages of our trading we can feel time and again that our major breakouts occurred in our psychology, in adjusting of ourselves, in changing the way of thinking. Major struggles were caused by multiple failures to control ourselves. Books that really made a difference were the ones that enlightened us about ourselves.

Many traders in our room told us that focusing on right mindset instead of focusing on attempts to predict market's behavior turned things around for them. Douglas really hits home when shows how this works for a trader :)

Hey Phil, you got that right...see #reply-15954253. I am still drunk! I should have called you, I went to Hooter's in Santa Monica last night and that place was insane.
I am glad to hear you are reading that book. I know you are a great trader already, but don't be too surprised if learn something new, Mark Douglas is an original thinker.
You recommended a psychology-based trading book to me a while back and I wanted pick it up...do you remember the title?

Thanks,

Alex
