It has been exceedingly difficult not to respond to these posts directed to me. I have someone leaning on me pretty hard to try to keep me in check. I think the person breathed a sigh of relief that Tim Luke was still suspended this weekend as nothing could have kept him quiet :-) It is my understanding that SI Jeff is well aware of what has taken place. I do not know this for a fact. The posts have not been deleted. There are accusations that need to be addressed concerning The Count, Tim Luke, and myself. I still have not received permission to respond to the diatribes but the diatribes have not been deleted. I think that Silicon Investor has been named or is about to be named as a defendant but I do not know this for a fact at this moment. If so, it brings many questions to the table. I would suggest that anyone who feels they might be subjected to a broad brush stroke of subpoena power to do the following: Write Scott Lux and SI Jeff by private message and via email asking that you be notified immediately by private message and by email if they are served a subpoena to reveal information about your alias in this particular case or any ensuing cases that may be filed in reference to these matters. If Silicon Investor is served with a subpoena to reveal your information I would suggest that you contact Tim Luke.

Can someone please assist me? I feel like I am running around in an insane asylum and no one is guarding the inmates....I am not sure if I am an inmate or an observer but the events are getting stranger and stranger. I typed the following into the location bar in my browser: stock-operators.com I then clicked on Terms and Conditions. Is this site still up or is my browser going back in time? After yesterdays events I was under the impression that the site had been taken down. Does anyone know when The Count is released from the SI straitjacket? I would like to hear what he has to say about this providing that SI removes the gag order. I STILL have not been told that I can respond to allegations made about me and to me nor have the posts been removed.
