I've been hearing that word "capitulation" since the Naz hit 3000, I'm not sure we're there yet. Besides, I think there are some desperate investors out there that will become gold bugs very shortly. They just need to see the XAU plainly charted.

I am actually just referring to the sector.

This group had very little bounce in April. If they did, the gains were given up pretty quick into such strong selling.

Have not seen one analyst/portfolio managers or even reporter say anything positive about the group. I don't recall the last time any guest on CNBC say anything positive on the sector. Notice that you can always find someone who now likes B2B or storage but not the telecom equipment group.

It just makes you think.

BTW--The mutual fund quarter end selling may be a big factor in buying decisions...take advantage of their window dressing activities. Don't expect them to unload big positions after the end of June, generally speaking. I am just looking at it as a potentially great trading opportunity.
