Thanks Mark. Could you post the numerical values for your fast stochastic 8 period. I can't find that setting on any of my charting programs. TIA, Pat

<< I plan to recommit to gold stocks when I see NEM make a lunge down toward 19.00-18.75 area, or when my CCI 5 period has a minus 100 reading and my fast stochastic 8 period has a reading below the 20 line...I will only buy gold stocks when they are technically oversold, or when there is a breakout from a pattern....Also, if the XAU nosedives back at 55 I will probably be a buyer.... May form a double bottom just above the 50-day SMA which is right around 20 now and rising rapidly. 3. CCI 5 period has a minus 100 reading What is CCI? CCI still positive on SI chart, but readings seem to range from -15 to +25 or so. You must be looking at something else. What is it at now? 4. my fast stochastic 8 period has a reading below the 20 line My stochastic (Period:18, SK:1, SD:4) just dropped below 20. What is yours doing? What are your SK/SD settings? Sorry you have the COSN Blues. Me too. Hopefully the XAU will give you a silver lining while you await their return. I will be watching to see if/when you enter gold. Thanks for all of your help.
