Why does Joe Osha (Merrill Lynch) keep stating his channel stuffing theories...it seems to be happening almost every other day. He has to provide concrete proof now since he mentions it so often. He was way off on his estimates ahead of the mid-quarter update. It is obvious he has a low rating for the stock. Is he just hoping that the stock comes down enough so that he has a chance to upgrade it ahead of Windows XP launch? It makes you wonder. His worst nightmare is for Intel to get to the mid 30s and for business conditions to start improving.
