Weak AMD quarter means INTC is channel stuffing?

Can somebody explain this?

2:40PM Advanced Micro (AMD) 24.96 -1.44: -- Update -- Sources at Merrill Lynch telling us that Joe Osha just commented on AMD; reaffirmed estimate of $0.22 which is below consensus; says flash memory is weak, but below-consensus EPS due primarily to a sequential decline of 1 mln in microprocessor shipments, as AMD is working hard not to stuff the channel. Says Intel (INTC 26.63 -0.92) is engaging in channel stuffing, and a weak AMD qtr for microprocessor shipments would confirm that this is the case.
