I do not agree with lawsuits brought about by internet postings of any kind.It will destroy the spirit of the free speech allowed here..If one party feels he/she is harmed he can make his case here, as it was here the derogatory statements were made, on the internet....When courts are involved the money goes to the lawyers and the richer party will prevail...Next we will have people starting lawsuits over private e-mails, saying they can be intercepted, then what is next?...........Dave
