Good Point Dave...... Except that Jenna blatantly lied and falsely accused Tim of things that could ruin his reputation and his personal being. I do not want to get into this discussion for I do not know the actual circumstances but from what I read it seemed that Jenna was very "spouting off at the mouth" and should have checked her mouth at the door. Since it was done on a public forum, it was addressed via the same public forum. Most of us that have casually followed this soap opera dont know 99% of what has transpired behind the scenes and I do not think I want to know!!! -Jane-

slave: I absolutely agree If I sued someone every time they slandered me, I wouldn't have any time to even breathe. People have said MUCH worse about me being a drug dealer, prostitute, porn star, madame, lesbian child molester, a guy!, dirt poor, living in a trailer park, a big fat pig...and I haven't sued anyone. FTR none of those things are true. I think we just need to take these message boards for what they are, just talk by the water cooler. Nothing to get "nauseaus" about. Just freedom of speech, sharing our opinions, good and bad. A funny aside. I was on the nanopierce rb board and there is a paid stock promoter there. In her disclaimer she states she was given shares in exchange for her promotion. I called her a stock promoter. She said she was going to sue me for slander! I said "what for?" She said she is an "information retrieval specialist" and not a "stock promoter." What is the world coming to these days when the word "stock promoter" is now considered a naughty word. FTR I am being sued by ASTN for my posts on yahoo astn so I'm a little tainted though I believed the same before I was sued. They have lost the first two rounds!
