Tim might not get everything from this suit but it demonstrates still that you do have to be careful what you say in a public forum not knowing how the other party might react. I think it takes alot of balls to move forward like Tim has and he should be applauded to go where most people would not considering the time, energy and expenses incurred. Who knows who will prevail if anybody other than the lawyers but it should get alot of posters thinking about making false and slanderous comments towards others in the future. -Jane-

Yes i agree, i am being sued by MDMN a penny stock that just keeps changing names and tickers with no results except more dilution, go figure...My only point is that if people are stifled about what they can say according to how much money they have, then the internet will be the biggest fraud infested cesspool the world has ever seen.............Dave

Please don't use my name ( I will call myself Joeb) there are a lot of indictments actual and pending including Fraud, extortion, soliciting for pump and dump schemes to dupe the public, soliciting to dupe people to join a brokerage, harassment, malicious mischief and disorderly conduct, contempt of court, assault, disturbing the peace. We also suspect battery and possible counts of embezzlement, plaigarism, and wrongful accusation, and probably parole jumping but his attorney is in Myanmar so we can't get all the information just yet. An expose is pending.<< I'd call the above a little more than "water cooler" talk. I'm all for freedom of speech but with that freedom comes responsibility for your action. You may feel differently.
