Appears that the problem is that there are too many of those little suckers to ever be efficient. Prescribe Mergers and acquisitions with the obvious savings in fixed cost passing through to those little Euro Serfs that are straining their backs to pay for all this socialist inefficiency. Even China wouldn't have that many of those little suckers with its 1 billion popiulation. Of course, every country big and small must have a couple of wireless operators, a pouple of airlines and a couple of auto makers
