Perhaps liberals have lives and conservatives don't? I laugh at the RWET'ers for wasting so much time thinking and talking about petty things, that probably do not enrich their lives. Poet is off creating things, and having a life. I am off creating a really GREAT life. I happen to know several of the wonderful people who posted here. We are all too busy to post a great deal. I wasted a lot of life units on SI. I improved my writing skills and met some great people- but the place has stagnated. If people want to stay in a stagnant puddle and cackle at people who have left the puddle for fresh water I can only feel pity for the people in the puddle.

Hi flapjack, This thread can come alive any time you or any other left-hearted folks would like to post here. I think X was right on the mark when she said that many of us who had posted here were enjoying other infinitely more fulfilling pursuits these days. I grew tired of arguing the obvious (that Bush is a boob, that our judicial system needs good defense attorneys, that women should have reproductive freedom, etc.) to the self-righteous and the small-minded. Enjoying the sweet little fruits of life is so much more gratifying. -g
