Solon, the book is even better. The visuals are exquisite. If you liked the movie (and you obviously did), you must read the book. rose

I am so glad you enjoyed it. I have another recommendation- you must see Oh Brother Where Art Thou, if you haven't seen it. It is based (loosely, or not so loosely) on the Ulysses (by none other than Homer). And the music is so wonderful, so deeply moving, that I am going to buy the soundtrack AND the movie- and I never buy soundtracks. But this movie is a stunning work of art. Now that I've gushed all over the place, I hope you like it.
