I love the music from the depression era. And the music in this is folk music of the most amazing and vital kind. It's a very exciting movie. There was another movie called Songcatcher that came out recently that is very good also. But Oh Brother Where Art Thou was an unexpected treat. I'd no idea it was practically a musical. It wasn't marketed that way.
