OT I think you were with H&S company, 1st Bn., 3rd Marine Reg. The 106mm Reckless Rifles would have been in that company along with the 81mm mortars and flame throwers. The 106's were used in the defence and it was as dangerous to be in front of one as behind one!! They were also mounted on the Ontos, "mules" and jeeps but not for fighting up in the Que Son mountains. Semper Fi
