Well wait until I fry some and also see how it keeps... it is supposed to be able to freeze ok? And I don't know whether I want to be sharing after reading some of the cautions... I was worried enough when I had the smooshed ingredients out for an hour. And while they were cold, it is still a worry when you have that combo of foods together at other than near freezing temps. So cleanliness is next to Godliness here... and you may be next to Him if you aren't!
