Albert, there are three possibilities here:

1) Inventories are not building up, and Joe Osha is outright lying.

2) Intel is intentionally building up inventories either by doing it on their end or telling OEMs to build up inventories. That would mean Andy Bryant is a liar.

3) OEMs are building up inventories on their own, possibly in anticipation of a pickup in Q3 demand. Andy Bryant would have very little visibility of this, but even he suggested that this could be happening.

Obviously you're suggesting #2 is taking place, as expected of an AMDroid like yourself. I contend #3 is the most likely scenario here. I also contend that since OEMs are choosing Intel's products over AMD's products in their inventories, you'll likely see AMD's market share decline in the next quarter, if it didn't already this quarter.
