ok, then answer this why would oems / distributors would start building up inventories in the environment of fast falling prices? And do not tell me that it is because they expect a wave or rather tsunami of new demand

I thought And Bryant said just the opposite. He said that since the OEMs know that Intel does have enough inventory, there is no reason for the OEMs to build their own inventory. I think this was in response to Osha's question. No ?
