OT In todays local paper it was noted that 1 in three children in Illinois have two parents living with them.Worse yet 3 of 4 black children in Illinois live with only one parent.Does the tax code encourage this?In my opinion it does.I could profit from divorcing and just living with my wife.(She said no way!)ggg
