R~ excellent post!!! And yes, our industry did know this about a year and a half ago....I've been posting that right along...(but then, WDIK??? <g>)....Too bad the Government and the Fed doesn't ask the Recruiter Associations what is going on....they CAN tell what is ahead...!

What TRULY bothers me is, and that NO ONE has answered yet is:
