I don't think anyone should be forced to have an abortion, ever. If I made that stupid agreement, I am responsible and it isn't about me anymore. It is about my stupid irresponsibility and it is about the child that my stupidity created. I am rightfully indebted to this child.

Further question: what if the man was raped? Answer: he's still responsible.

In such an unusual situation I would say the man is responsible to support the child but the rapist/mother should be liable for actual damages equaling at least the total cost of all the child support payments and possibly for punative damages as well.

Its hard to even imagine an actual lawsuit like this.
