Ten
cuurently, I do not believe that intel is undervalued. However I had a chance to buy call spread (leaps) cheaply a while back and covered the short side this morning for virtually nothing. Intel has a great potential to recover within next 2 years.
Currently I am long on call contracts at very reasonable price.
I make no bets on Intel's valuation in near term but I am convinced that if the world would be reasonable then intel is greatly overpriced relative to amd. Granted that Amd is a riskier proposition but earnings and growth more than make up for it.
Now I am not saying that intel is a bad investment, just don't worship it that much
