"Gandhi was inevitable. If humanity is to progress, Gandhi is inescapable. He lived, thought and acted, inspired by the vision of humanity evolving toward a world of peace and harmony. We may ignore Gandhi at our own risk."

King's platitudes, pure utter bunkum, he was a master of it.

Gandhi was a good an example as any man who lived
on how to live ....his image and legacy will surely
live longer than the Ahyatola Kohlmeni , Stalin ,
Nixon etc ...

Gandhi is just another dead guy we have to remember. In 1000 more years how many dead people will the living have to remember? Smell the coffee beans, live the miracle and let the dead sleep. Although if a Buddha boy wants to lay prostrate at the feet of someone I guess Gandhi is harmless enough.

Humanity will always remember Gandhi.
Why? Is life just a funeral march of dead guys? What joy peace and happiness is there in that?
