At the day ICIX shareholder approved the merger, ICIX had traded higher than WCOM for a moment. I don't know why the spread get larger since then. I just hope everything will go smooth. No more surprises! Maybe that is why the spread still exist.

I'm with you. I can't figure why the spread is so wide. Especially for a week left.
I've been selling WCOM & MCIT and buying ICIX. But, the spread is getting wider.
There is a 12.5% total spread for basically a week.
It is to the point were it is too good to be true.
There must be some insider knowledge that we don't know about.
Sigh, there should be a law. I've found stocks to be sooo manipulative.
