KDUS probably made a deal to buy Berg's shares.
Hence he is quiet.

Got a brief report from someone who attended the KDUS meeting. Berg was there (he looked real young) but his proposal was handily defeated (it got about a million votes was my source's recollection). Glass said he was regularly reviewing potential deals, but it seemed to my source that he wasn't working too avidly -- also, he got the impression that a deal would not necessarily be with another biotech. Glass also seemed to indicate that the Cadus holdings in Axiom were not worth a huge amount and that the KDUS cash was their main asset in any deal. Well, at least Glass is a real person.
