" This would probably create a large cottage industry for home rolled cigarettes, have you noticed the amount of cigarette papers being sold in drug stores, gas stations, and convenience stores..???? I'm sure most are being purchased to roll pot but I think there are a lot of folks rolling their own ciggies to save money.
