I will not be an apologist for ML or other brokerage houses that often give us a ridiculously high price targets while a stock is moving up ($185) and then follow with downgrades after the stock has already dropped 90%( $12). However, I do think there is some merit to the suggestion of this article that this company was over-hyped by Merrill Lynch and others with Christensen's help to reach a totally, unrealistic high price.

Our concerns (Merrill's analysis and timing, and the writer's credibility) are the same for the most part. You have some other reasons for having the same concerns.

I think that your reasoning hits the mark.
