Ray, there are more angles to put a good piece into perspective. And note, Wirbel does NOT encourage Tauzin Dingell at all- his basic line is a call to more "sound business models" on the behalf of CLECs - I at least see it that way. But this "take ownership" - which I think is indirectly implied in his article is another solution where YOU PUT SOMETHING UP - UP FRONT. It will be the ultimate way of telecom freedom. rgds CROSSY
