Patients of course vote Republican. Trial lawyers don't. Screw them and screw the trial lawyers bonanza bill.

Why do conservatives want patients to have no rights? Aren't they patients too? Aren't the people who vote for them?

Whoa up there Hoss. The sticking point seems to be if your employer pays for your HMO you get to sue your employer. Dems like to sue everybody but the Republicans can see how employers will drop health insurance. Right to sue = no employers buying insurance for their people.

Why do liberals want STUDENTS to have no rights?

Shouldn't they be able to sue the school system
if they don't receive a proper education?
