I fully believe that all correspondence should be handled with the law firm unless they deem you a representative. PRIVILEGE and what you are doing has potential to hurt my own case because people don't understand that every single piece of correspondence with you is subject to discovery..and I think you do them a disservice by making them feel comfortable with the claim of "your word" when they probably don't realize that everything is fair game when and IF the suit is filed in court Not sure why you want to keep the name of the law firm so secretive but since I know who it is I can protect myself directly with them and have already contacted them. I have said all I am going to say. Your allegations that I am trying to prevent a lawsuit are ridiculous because I have standing and have already contacted "them". How do you know that I have...wellll...uhhhhh....someone went on vacation this week. enough of a clue?
