leeza, It seems you have contacted them. Good. You may understand that I would question the motives of anyone who attempts to prevent relevant information being brought before this firm. I am not being "secretive." I am being wise. Now, I will state the following, again: the material which I request is of a general nature. I asked for: 1. which brokers have you used 2. which sites did you join 3. how much did you pay in commissions 4. how much capital lost, if any 5. a brief history of your trading career Defendants should be in possession of this information already, so this has very little bearing on discovery.
