Great point about gas prices. It is still amazing to me how often i hear folks talking about the price of gas. Same folks think nothing of plunking down 300k on a house or 40k on a car. American people may be attuned to the fact? that after all is said and done, cheap energy is what fuels the economy. Larry Kudlow said the same thing as you last nite on cnbc. And when I saw $1.36/ gallon in your post(in the east low is still about $1.53) it made me smile. Maybe its an american genetic memory thing. Mike

$1.36 / per gal - u r lucky.

Our regular gas is still over $2.00 / gal in Los Angeles and I understand its even more in the San Francisco Bay area. And remember we drive longer distances out here !
