A lot of people did get taken in by the types of enterprises that you have described. As I have often said, I have always been opposed to the pay-for-play types setting up shop on what are essentially amateur message boards. Too much like putting the fish in a barrel with a gun pointing at em. I still don't understand why you want people to contact the law firm directly. I think that the answer to two of my questions is relevant in establishing your crediblity to lead the case. If this case is won, would you receive any compensation beyond what the other people in the class will receive in the settlement? Would your slice of the pie be different than that of the other's? Has the law firm actually agreed to take the case? Thanks, JXM

Still, I considered that in May, 2000, when I made this decision, and I remain committed.Yes, I was defrauded by these sites and brokers, and massively. They lied to me in their contracts and they lied to me in their recommendations. I understand what that means, and how it affected my career... How could a competent trader allow someone else to make him trade so badly and cause so much grief.... Or even worse, how can someone that felt they needed to use such services that cost them so dearly be running a $2,500.00 a month membership trading web site not even a year later. stock-operators.com I mean did you see the light and suddenly go from a sheep to a shepard that quickly. From someone that pays for stock picks and loses to someone who is now worth 2,500.00 a month and worth it? Is my info wrong? I got it from the link on your profile and I am astounded. Oz
