You forgot a word that changes the entire meaning of your sentence. Hopefully, you will catch it in time.

In closing (since my cat is starting to purr and that means it is time to get off the computer), perhaps Ms. Leeza should not have made this post.

Although, it appears that less than a handful of people know the name of the law firm and probably one a few know the name of the attorney. I have to admit it wasn't too difficult for me to find but I knew how to find it and where to look. So maybe she should not have posted his info like that.

The mention of the name of the law firm seems to be a deep no-no around these parts for some odd reason. She was trying to counter the repeated accusations that she didn't know anything about this and must be **gasp** an owner of a chat site.

I would say she definitely knows quite a bit about it. She could have just mentioned the name of the law firm. I think it is about time someone did but I will leave it to someone else.

Jorj,

I established this thread - the first I ever have - as a place where everyone, and I truly mean all parties, including those who may be named as defendants (I have intentionally not taken advantage of the "moderated thread" provisions here at SI so that this discussion would always remain absolutely open to all SI Members) could discuss this case, but you must realize that I cannot discuss here in public agreements that are made between attorney-client. That would be absolutely unethical. What I can tell you is this: I am doing all I can to secure the strongest possible hearing of these matters that I can, and the best legal team to stand behind we who shall seek remedy against the harm done us, as I have done now for over a year. That is all I can tell you now. I think my record in our field can tell you that I would never lead any of my colleagues into agreements that were not completely fair and honorable.

My credibility...I knew there would be many who would question that now, and in the future. I am sure to be attacked. I will pay a price for this. Nevertheless, though this place, one court of public opinion, is important, in the end 12 Americans will make this decision about my credibility. I say that I have it; there are other who shall certainly say I have none. I believe that my record in this field speaks for my credibility, and I also believe that my doing the following also speaks for my credibility:

1. a year ago I wrote the Securities and Exchange Commission about these matters, and supplied them with all evidence I had;

2. I then met with a Congressional investigator shortly thereafter;

3. I spoke and corresponded with two SEC attorneys on myriad occasions;

4. sensing that the government was delaying action in these matters, I traveled to New York, to speak with Gretchen Morgenson of The New York Times concerning these issues, which resulted in a headline story;

5. only in October, after I believed these attempts through first the government and then the national press were failing to accomplish much-needed remedies to the fraud being committed, did I contact several law firms.

I have left no stone unturned in these matters. If you are one of the victims, then please contact me.
