I am not surprised, as I have seen this before here and elsewhere, but it is nevertheless very saddening. In a serious matter, for day traders that have been gravely damaged, attacks are flying left and right. I am curious who the day traders are. I do know that in no small part thanks to what has happened in our field there are not very many left. However, this is a time for day traders to come together, and not one in which everyone attacks his brother or sister. I think all of you who believe yourself to be potential plaintiffs may wish to to consider the following: the companies that have defrauded you are very powerful. I understand that is it quite likely they will certainly attempt to discredit plaintiffs as soon and as thoroughly as possible. This has been attempted to have been done to me many, many times here and elsewhere already. This is why we wish to identify truthful and honest traders, because those with careers based on similar abuse will certainly damage this case. Now plaintiffs share a common goal. Attacking your fellow man will not help anyone. Discouraging truth from coming forward will not help anyone either. Having said this, I am not prepared to trust anyone at all who attacks this case. That is my personal choice and I hope you all can understand that. I have been lied to by enough people here and elsewhere in day trading. If I ask for this information then I have good reason. I am not going to discuss privileged conversations here. I not surprised that now I am being attacked by a group of posters here at SI? Unfortunately, this has happened before. Already two posters here have made public information that was intended to be private. I am shocked at that. Leeza most certainly immediately discouraged traders from coming forward. Those kinds of comments shall frighten traders from coming forward. Now, because of these comments, traders may now not come forward. I asked for general information, so that I could identify plaintiffs and refer them to Counsel. You cannot possibly know why I do this in this manner. Have you ever considered that perhaps I know this field very well, and shall be able to filter out those who are obviously going to attempt to launch an evidentiary fishing expedition, or otherwise interfere with this process as it goes forward? Please consider that. Considering what the brokers/sites have done already in this, I am willing to believe they will try everything to destroy legitimate claims we have. I shall do all in my power to see that that does not happen. You insinuate something that is very disturbing. Are you saying that in fighting kickbacks, that I am now accepting kickbacks? Do not insinuate things in matters as serious as these. I shall say this right now and let us be very clear: I have made absolutely no agreements whatsoever with any law firm representing plaintiffs in this case that would give me illegitimate and preferential treatment over others. Is that clear enough for you? Finally, when I am libeled or threatened by others, I take action. Therefore, as that has occurred here, I have made very clear to those who intentionally set out to destroy my reputation through malicious and deceitful statements, that they would not go unanswered. However, if you think I am of the sue-happy variety, think again: neither I nor anyone in my family has ever filed a lawsuit in the United States. This time, however, it is certainly in order, and I reserve my right to seek justice through the legal system as has every American. I hope this answers some of your questions.
