Well, I now certainly have no reason to trust you or her. I gave you very clear answers. My record is the reason to trust me. If you do not wish to do so, this is your choice. Many others do not agree with you. You speak of personal responsibility? Guess what, you show your hand with this kind of language because that is exactly the excuse the brokers will be making. You are obviously not a friend of this action, so perhaps you would state that right now. Plaintiffs going forward in a case together do not have reason to attack one another. Yet, ostensibly, that is now happening here. It is obvious to me and I have seen it before. I am disappointed; I am not surprised, sadly. You wish potential plaintiffs to contact Counsel directly? I shall tell you why this is a bad idea, in two words: drmensawannabe and leeza. The first publicly posted information concerning a private meeting I was to have (and did have) with lawyers working on this case; the second has been on an attack campaign here at SI since I gave notice of an impending legal action and requested plaintiffs to come forward, has made public the personal movements of a lawyer involved and has yet to answer any questions about potentially misleading posting activities here at SI. Perhaps in view of this many will understand why I state what I do. There are those who refuse to, or have an agenda, and they will attack. Fine, I am ready for that, too. Still, this process is going to go forward whatever the cost. I say that I have the right to make the request I have, and to speak this way. My efforts in this have cost both myself and my family in no small degree the past several years. You may disagree; that is your right. O.A.
