From LVLT's 10K. I interpret this to mean that they charge by bandwidth provided whether by extra fiber strands or extra wavelengths.

Question: When MFNX leases dark fiber, the lessee has to install the equipment necessary to light it, right? MFNX doesn't do it for him. After the lease is over, does the lessee take that equipment out, or is the fiber permanently improved?
