I have thought about that - with respect to the Crawford patent.

However - I suspect the Crawford patent is about (or already has) to expire.

With Intel already so well positioned to fend off TransMeta, my suspicion is that they (Intel) will not take any action - they have nothing to gain - and only more "backlash" would result from the AMDroids and downtrodden .
