The High-Tech sector at present is similar to the Boom Bust of the Oil sector in past years ..

Conclusion,... many and I mean many High-Techs will need to get to prices near bankruptcy before any real deals are made ...

I'm not sure, and some one may correct me..but I here Nortel has 4 billion shares outstanding fully diluted

Nortel is a great company around $ 2 to 5 CDN stock price....just an opinion.

Even the nice old man who shines my shoes, and dusts my pants and socks for lint has loaded up on Nortel hoping and wishing to make a large profit ... Not a good sign

Its all about survival right now ... and the US investment bankers will deal with US companies first before taking a real hard look at Nortel ... and Canadian Investment Bankers do not have the resources to spin Nortel around at present ... you can just see this by how the stock trades...

All bear markets end with PANIC ..and we have not had it yet .... and yes,, It will come
