Look, it boils down to this: You want to give up freedom your freedoms for a tiny bit of safety that will soon be overrun. I don't. The second amendment is a clear indicator that we can trust the government. You give up that right, buddy, and you'll soon find you can't. Virtually every incident of genocide has been preceded by disarming the populace. You better think about it long and hard before you give it up.

Your response was non-responsive, if you want to look at it that way. You never answered with one incident of where the Brady Law prevented a felony. All you did was name a paltry number of people who were prevented from buying firearms because it was already illegal for them to possess them.
