Wasn't this the Presidency that would not be poll-driven? Oops, excuse me. He "studied" the problem and "changed his views."

Ish, Dubya is a hypocrite for criticizing Clinton for changing his views to suit the polls, and specifically boasting that he wouldn't do that. He was wrong about his energy policy and global warming, and has changed his views in hopes of not being a one term president. It isn't going to work because he has shown that he is NOT a leader, and the people can see right through his antics.

"Isn't it nice to have a President who can study a problem and change his view?"

Looks like he was studying this issue and was happy with his view. Was he lusting after the cocktail or something else?
